We will meet for our last breakfast together and then gather for our closing circle. Although we will part ways and share personal contact information at our final gathering, we know we have made new friends and bonded in new ways with our fellow spiritual warriors.

We’ll then say farewell to magical Orvieto, and our sojourning together, taking with us our shared learnings, growth and inspirations, knowing that should we wish to do so we can access the transformational value of our experience together at any time for the rest of our lives.

We’ll head down into the countryside to relax and replenish at Atlarocca Wine Resort, experiencing together the healing benefits of the Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, chromotherapy of the emotional showers, hot whirlpool pool, and the starry sky relaxation room.

Our final festive meal is at the fabulous Il Malandrino Bistrot and  then we’ll share one last night stroll through Orvieto — a time of reflection, connection and celebration of yourself and each other.

Treasure + Truth in Orvieto

You are off on a solo Inner Treasure Hunt — an intentional exploration of discovery within the Medieval walls of Orvieto. I am not going to divulge too much about this transformational adventure because it’s much more fun and rich revealed to you live and in the moment! You’ll have expansive free time today to meander, explore, be spontaneous and soak up your inner and outer experiences, and to document your findings in your Connection Collection Journal. Before sunset we come together again to journey deep beneath the earth, under the historic center to explore the city’s 2nd world — a labyrinth of more than 1,200 grottos, caves and wells.

In our sacred healing ceremony, you’ll be guided to the hidden places inside to uncover your limiting beliefs and release your competing intentions, which will liberate you to get clear and connected with your deepest inspiration for your life now.

Returning to the world above, another wonderful meal together awaits us at one of Orvieto’s best trattorias before returning to a well-deserved sleep at our Palazzo.

Savor The Joy Of Life

We have journeyed beyond Orvieto into the sun-drenched Umbrian countryside, winding through fertile vineyards and olive groves, arriving to a delightful ancient village called Pettino, and to the ancestral the farm and home of Lucca and Alessandro. It’s truffle hunting time! After our foraging with the cutest (and talented) pups, we’ll taste copious amounts of our fresh truffle treasures along with the family’s renown pecorino cheese and wine. Together we’ll savor our hunt and hearty farm-to-table delicacies with our hosts, experiencing each other, their hospitality and beautiful way of life.

Nourish and connect with your own natural rhythm and experience heartfelt connection with each other, and the abundance and beauty all around you.

Today begins with a fabulous breakfast at our Palazzo, then a glorious and relaxed hike along the Anello della Rupe, “the ring of the rock”. You’ll soak in and savor the expansiveness of the Italian countryside and perhaps ponder the mysteries locked within the ancient Etruscan walls that guide our path. 

Back in town, we make our way along Corso Cavour, the heartbeat of the city, until arrive at one of the world’s greatest masterpieces: Il Duomo — a heavenly structure of gleaming mosaics, glistening stained glass and captivating Gothic sculptures. In the presence of such exquisite beauty, you feel present, your senses alive and open to possibility.

Inspired by this wonder as well as quality of life in Orvieto, you’ll begin to create your one-of-a-kind ‘connection collection’ journal. Your journal, designed and made by you, is an invitation to slow down and pay attention to your wants, dreams and to what lights you up. You literally are creating a blank page for a new vision for yourself and your life!

In the afternoon you will freely explore on your own. Maybe you’ll have an insanely leisureful gelato tasting between two artisinale, homemade (and rivaling) gelato makers a few steps away from each other — L'Officina Del Gelato, a Sicilian gelato which delivers on passion and bursts of quality flavor in every spoonful, and Gelateria Il Gelato Di Pasqualetti, which specializes in unique, unforgettable, seasonal recipes. Decide for yourself!

We’ll re-group for evening gathering / reflection / sharing, with a magnificent sunset as our backdrop, overlooking the rolling green hills of the Umbrian countryside.

Then we’ll delight in a leisurely dinner with new local friends at Enoteca Duomo. As you taste the best of Orvieto’s cuisine, sharing in our superb meal together under the stars and in the glow of the Cathedral, you begin to find yourself slowing down and experiencing il dolce vita — the magic of what Italians have been brewing and nurturing for millennia.

Arrival in Orvieto

Today we arrive in Orvieto either by train or car from Rome and check into the Palazzo Piccolomini. After settling into our beautiful, historic accommodations we’ll gather together in circle. This is our time to get to know each other, and set our intent for the rest of the journey. It’s the time where we let go of all the travel it took to get here and any concerns you’ve left behind. We become completely focused on ourselves. It’s the time to drop into your heart and open up to a deeper connection with your surroundings, each other and yourself. A gorgeous dinner awaits us in the center of town to commemorate and kick-off our adventure together!
